Description
The 3M™ HF20-S replacement cartridge is designed to enhance water quality for commercial ice makers by effectively reducing sediment, chlorine taste and odor, cysts, and scale. This helps ensure consistent production of clean, high-quality ice while minimizing maintenance demands in foodservice settings such as restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores.
Engineered for use with the ICE120-S water filtration system, the HF20-S cartridge delivers a flow rate of 1.5 GPM (5.7 L/min) and incorporates a proprietary scale inhibitor to prevent hard scale buildup on equipment. Its 0.5-micron filtration capability supports improved water clarity and taste, contributing to better ice quality and customer satisfaction.
The cartridge features a Sanitary Quick Change (SQC) design with an integrated O-ring seal, allowing for easy, mess-free installation and replacement without contact with the filter media. With a recommended replacement interval of 12 months, and operating parameters of up to 125 psi and temperatures ranging from 40°F to 100°F, the HF20-S offers a reliable and efficient solution for maintaining optimal ice machine performance.
