The 3M Aqua-Pure™ Whole House Replacement Filter Model AP117 improves water taste by reducing chlorine taste and odor (CTO) and sediment. With a five-micron nominal rating, this filter features a high-flow, high-carbon adsorption design and provides up to 10,000 gallons (37,854 liters) of filtration at 3 GPM (11.4 LPM). It typically requires less frequent replacement than competitive cartridges.

The filter has an operating temperature range of 40°F to 170°F (4.4°C to 76.7°C) and measures 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter and 9.81 inches (24.92 cm) in height. It lasts up to 6 months and is sold in packs of 5 units per case, offering superior CTO reduction, higher flow rates, and lower pressure drops.
